BRIAN NORMILE
Founder & CEO
As the visionary leader behind BCN Enterprises, Brian Normile founded the company in 1999 alongside his wife, Christine. What began as a side venture while both worked in corporate America quickly evolved into a thriving real estate development business. Starting with home renovations in Arlington’s Lyon Village neighborhood, Brian leveraged his entrepreneurial instincts and innovative approach—using his own home as a model and relocating every two years—to fuel BCN’s growth. Over the past two decades, BCN Homes has built over 200 custom homes in the metro-accessible neighborhoods of Northern Virginia.
Beyond single-family homes, Brian’s forward-thinking vision has driven BCN’s expansion into new development opportunities, including townhouse communities, a pre-school, several medical office buildings, and a collection of acclaimed local restaurants. As operating partners and real estate owners since 2007, he and Christine helped establish The Liberty Tavern, Lyon Hall, The Falls, and Northside Social as restaurant community staples.
Originally from Binghamton, NY, Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, followed by a Master’s in Accounting from Binghamton University, and later became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Before launching BCN, he gained experience at Marriott Corporation, JM Zell Partners, and even built his own recruiting firm.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, golfing at Washington Golf, playing tennis, skiing, traveling abroad, and vacationing in Kiawah Island, SC. Having played an integral role in Arlington’s real estate and restaurant industries for over 30 years, he remains passionate about shaping the community’s future.

Christine Normile
Co-Founder
Christine co-founded BCN Enterprises alongside her husband, Brian, shortly after they were married, seizing an exciting opportunity in real estate by "flipping" houses. From the very beginning, she played a pivotal role in managing the design process for renovations and new homes while also spearheading marketing efforts in an era before social media and digital advertising. After taking time to raise their three children, Christine is now back at BCN full-time, once again shaping design innovation, branding, and marketing strategy.
Beyond her work with BCN, Christine is a partner in several successful local restaurants—including The Liberty Tavern, Lyon Hall, The Falls, and Northside Social—where she contributes her expertise in branding, marketing, and interior design.
Originally from Binghamton, NY, Christine moved to Arlington in 1994. She is a Cornell University graduate (1991), where she played collegiate tennis, and later earned her MBA in Marketing from George Washington University (1999). Previously, Christine worked in the fashion industry for Jhane Barnes, in the nonprofit world for National Industries for the Blind, and in airline partner marketing for MCI WorldCom.
Christine enjoys spending time with Brian and their three kids, playing competitive tennis, running and walking in Country Club Hills with her two Vizslas, playing golf, cooking, skiing, traveling, and relaxing in Kiawah Island, SC.
