BCN Design/Build began renovations on this classic 1940s brick colonial in the early summer of 2010. The objective was to update the homes keeping the same feel and character of the home. BCN redesigned the kitchen, dining room, and breakfast room for a more open and light floor plan. In addition, all of the bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and tile. The beautiful hardwood floors have been refinished and stained the original color. This project showcases the quality of BCN’s team to design, build, and deliver a home with custom features seamlessly integrated into an existing home.
